New releases & a story

I have a few new releases today to show you & a story that goes along with one of my layouts.

I wanted to create a 2 page layout to show the progression of a morning last weekend. Since I am 8 month pregnant, I cannot get down & "play" on the floor like any agile adult/child. So my husband was playing with our 2 year old. We encouraged her to try a somersault herself, then she encouraged Daddy to do a somersault. I was able to get 1 picture of him mid-way through his gymnastics routine. I was laughing pretty hard at this point & so glad I rushed to grab the camera. After 2 Daddy somersaults we called that quits as my husband is recovering from a bulging disc in his back & we didn't want to re-injure it. I know, I know... he shouldn't have done it in the first place, but he doesn't like to disappoint his daughter, she's got him wrapped around her finger. So then, we have also been teaching our daughter to roll over, roll over..... after her short turn, it was Daddy's turn again & she was going to help him. So while I snapped away, she rolled him back & forth in our small living room. We all had a really fun time. As they settled on the couch to recover & watch a movie, I slipped out of the room & wasn't even gone 20 minutes, to come back & find them both crashed out on the couch.
