Ok, so I tried my hand at Self-portrait maternity photos yesterday....
Yep, I tried it.
I was rather disappointed after doing it when I briefly glanced through them, but when I came back later in the day and started editing them, I felt a little better...
And.... I may try a few more.
My lighting was poor, the kids kept photo-bombing me & 10 seconds is not much time for someone 33 weeks pregnant to get ready to say "Cheese".
I have to say that I have never been a big fan of photo treatments.... I always like the color photos better.... but, that is when the photos are good.... When they are in poor quality due to bad lighting or other problems... I think these photo treatments are much better.
And I am definitely pleased with how some of them turned out.
And I am definitely pleased with how some of them turned out.
Take a look!
The first two are two of my favorites.
And now for some of the funnier ones..... Photo-bombers
And my favorite photo-bomb.... he started out back with us and as the beeping progressed he kept moving forward....
And to give you an idea of me juggling running back and forth to push the camera button & getting ready to say "Cheese".... here are a couple showing me trying to get Elayna's name blocks set up....
It just so happened that the one that turned out was the first one I tried where I didn't try to hold them all in my hands....
But, it was a balancing act.... I'm sure you can see the look of pure concentration on my face instead of a "cheese" smile.
After, doing the edits on them, I am feeling much better about it and may try doing a few more....
I also just received some new jewelry courtesy of an auction I bid on for Just Jewelry sold by my friend Christine Riffel - check out her Facebook page HERE.
And I purchased a remote control timer last night... so hopefully, that will help out a bit in the timing issues.
Hope you enjoy looking.
