Fathers Day card & art

I saw this idea on Pinterest & knew that I just had to make it for my hubby from my kids....

I used a Minion cut file that I just received in the Blog Hop done by SvgCuttingFiles.com and printed out the saying on cardstock.

My only question after making them with my kids was..... 

How many times did it take them to get their hand & footprint to turn out so well???

Here are our creations.....

My hubby was out of town the entire week before Father's Day and flew back in that night....

Thank goodness, since we made all these the morning of - lol....

Nothing like last minute craftiness. 

My kids loved it.... getting their foot painted, squishing the paint down and then once everything dried being able to create their own monsters by adding eyes and dots, etc. 

A few notes from our crafting adventure:
I told my son to paint around the black on his green monster and he sure did.... all the way around it. 

My youngest who is 2 was so happy to just put the dots on her purple monster and everyday she comes downstairs and starts talking about making "her monster". 

My oldest daughter (6) and I have the same footprint..... she definitely got her Momma's feet. 

And it's now after July 1st and they are still hanging up in our kitchen area.... we will see how long they stay up.
